Provides coaching and mentoring for senior leaders, other DEI professionals and strategist, cross-functional teams and DEI Councils working on diversity initiatives. Collaborates with communications leaders to raise the visibility of the Institutes diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice efforts through effective marketing and communication strategies. Champions attentiveness to the Institutes values of thriving on diversity, and inclusivity through active participation in campus initiatives.
